About this Speaker
He has implemented several analysis pipelines for critical GSK discovery projects and was instrumental in developing widely used Bioinformatics infrastructure. Samiul carried out his PhD in Bioinformatics at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute/University of Cambridge where he was applying machine learning approaches for predicting regulatory regions in human DNA.
